PANCAKES WITH MANUKA HONEY
Ingredients
- 95 g of mashed bananas
- 25 g of nu3 organic white almond cream
- 25 g of flour
- 40 g of teff flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of organic maca powder nu3
- 0.25 sachet of yeast
- 1 tbsp manuka honey nu3
Instructions
- Mash the bananas.
- Add the milk and the almond cream.
- Then combine yeast and flour, then mix well until the lumps are eliminated.
- Finally, add the maca powder.
- Pour the pancake mix, a ladleful at a time, into a hot skillet, greased with coconut oil.
- Once the pancakes are ready, garnish them with manuka honey and some red fruit, or banana slices.
