caramel frappuccino
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of extra strong coffee
1 cup of milk of your choice
2 cups of ice
3 tablespoons of caramel syrup
Whipped cream (optional)
Caramel syrup to decorate (optional)
Preparation:
– Place all the ingredients in the blender: coffee, milk, ice, and caramel syrup (remember that, for each cup of milk, you need 2 tablespoons of extra strong coffee).
– Serve in a glass and decorate with whipped cream and caramel syrup to taste.
Ready to enjoy!
Tip: If you want the frappe not to separate after serving, you can add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk or 1 teaspoon of powdered chocolate pudding to the blender.

cold brew
Ingredients:
3 cups of water
3 tablespoons of intense coffee
1 tablespoon of vanilla
Anise to taste
Preparation:
– Put the coffee to boil in water. Once it starts to boil, add the vanilla and anise and let it boil for another 5 minutes.
– Remove from heat and let cool.
– Once cold, we transfer the coffee (unfiltered) to a jar or Tupperware with a lid and leave it in the freezer for 2 days (remember that it is the cold brew process).
– Once out of the freezer, let it thaw naturally.
– Filter the mixture and serve in a glass with ice. You can sweeten it with honey or sugar of your preference.

vanilla latte
Ingredients:
1 cup strong brewed coffee (hot)
1/2 cup milk of your choice
1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
Preparation:
– Simply mix the brewed coffee, milk and vanilla syrup in a cup until everything is perfectly incorporated.
You will surely love it!
Tip : If you want your vanilla latte ice cold, just let it cool and add ice to taste.

chai latte
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons of concentrated chai tea
125 ml of milk
150 ml of water
If you do not have concentrated chai tea, you can prepare the mixture with:
½ cinnamon stick
1 cardamom pod (without seeds)
½ tablespoon of black peppercorns
½ aniseed
½ teaspoon of ginger
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
1 clove
3 gr. black tea
Preparation:
– Boil the water in a pot. Once it starts to boil, lower the heat and add the tea leaves and spices.
– Leave the mixture on the fire for 3 minutes taking care not to boil. Stir occasionally.
– In another container, put the milk and heat it without letting it boil.
– Pour the chai tea into individual cups, straining the preparation. Pour 1/3 cup of hot milk on top and reserve part of the milk to steam.
– Once the milk has steamed, pour the foam over each cup to finish the presentation.

cappuccino mocha
Ingredients:
2 cups of brewed coffee
¼ cup of cocoa powder
2 cups of milk of your choice (hot)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Whipped cream (optional)
Sugar to taste
Preparation:
– Prepare the coffee as you normally do and cut it.
– Transfer the coffee to a medium pot and add the cocoa powder over medium heat.
– Mix with a wooden ladle and add the milk and cinnamon.
– Let it heat at a low temperature for 4 to 5 minutes.
– Serve with sugar and whipped cream to taste.
