Rossetti loves Raspberry-Chocolate Brownie Trifles. It can be prepared and stored in a cooler and will keep. It is heartier than one might think.
 

2Taste Raspberry-Chocolate Brownie Trifle

1 pkg. of your favorite chocolate brownie mix, for a 13 x 9 inch pan
1 qt. (4 cups) cold milk
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) your favorite chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
8 oz. fresh whipped cream or whipped topping
2 pints fresh raspberries

Prepare brownie mix  and bake in 13x9-inch baking pan as directed on package. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes. 

Add milk to dry pudding mix in medium bowl. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.

Layer half each of the brownie cubes, pudding, whipped cream and raspberries in large glass trifle bowl. Repeat all layers. Finish with whipped cream and raspberries as top layer.   Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
